IMPORTANT: Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before accessing or using Techage Payables (the “Web App”). By using the Web App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Web App.
1. License Grant
Techage Business Solutions grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Web App in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Web App or its content for any purpose.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Web App.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Web App.
Use the Web App for any unlawful purposes or in violation of local, national, or international laws.
Use the Web App to harm, harass, or abuse other users.
Note: All objectionable content is reviewed and removed within 24 hours. If your content is reported twice, your account may be suspended until further notice.
3. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Web App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by Techage Business Solutions. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. Updates and Modifications
Techage Business Solutions may update or modify the Web App at any time to improve functionality or enhance security. By continuing to use the Web App, you accept any such updates or modifications. Techage Business Solutions also reserves the right to discontinue the Web App at any time without prior notice.
5. Data Privacy and Compliance
Your use of the Web App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which aligns with the following data protection regulations:
United States: California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) (if applicable).
Europe: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Africa: Local data privacy laws such as South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Asia: Compliance with jurisdiction-specific regulations, including India’s IT Act or Singapore’s PDPA.
Australia: Australian Privacy Act.

6. Regional Governing Laws
This Agreement is subject to the governing laws of the region in which the user resides, including but not limited to:
North America: Laws of the United States.
Europe: EU regulations and applicable member state laws.
Africa: Laws of the user’s country, including local jurisdictions.
Asia: Laws of the respective country, including GDPR-style frameworks where applicable.
Australia: Australian consumer protection laws.
In case of a conflict, this Agreement defers to the most stringent applicable legal requirements to ensure compliance.
7. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. If you fail to comply with any term or applicable laws, your rights under this Agreement will terminate immediately. Upon termination, you must cease using the Web App and delete any stored data associated with it.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Web App is provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techage Business Solutions shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Web App, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Export Controls
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. The Web App may not be used, exported, or re-exported in violation of U.S., EU, or international export control laws.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved as follows:
United States Users: Binding arbitration under U.S. laws.
EU Users: Arbitration or courts of the user’s country of residence under EU law.
Other Regions: Arbitration under applicable local governing laws.
If jurisdictional conflicts arise, disputes will be resolved under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
12. Amendments to this Agreement
Techage Business Solutions reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Web App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
